Felix & Willow The Barn Years of Trouble and Triumph

Felix & Willow The Barn Years of Trouble and Triumph
Meet Willow
Professional mouser. Self appointed barn manager. Firmly convinced the entire farm would fall apart without her.
Life on a busy Cornish farm is never quiet. There are rats to catch, mice to outsmart, storms to survive, goats making spectacularly poor decisions, ducks causing unnecessary drama, cows with absolutely no understanding of personal space, and a permanently sleeping sister who somehow still expects credit for work she never did.
Fortunately, Willow is there.
Told entirely from Willow’s wonderfully dry and sarcastic point of view, these forty brand new stories follow her younger years as she patrols the barn, keeps order amongst the chaos, and attempts to maintain some level of professionalism while everyone around her seems determined to make life more difficult.
Whether she’s chasing rats through the barn, standing her ground against an owl, surviving Storm Imogen, dealing with overenthusiastic farm animals, or simply trying to enjoy a peaceful patrol without somebody making it her problem, Willow approaches every situation with wit, confidence and the unwavering belief that she’s the only competent animal on the farm.
Filled with laugh out loud moments, unforgettable farm characters and plenty of heart, Felix & Willow The Barn Years of Trouble and Triumph is a charming celebration of rural life, friendship, family and the everyday adventures that make farm life so wonderfully unpredictable.
Perfect for cat lovers, animal lovers, countryside enthusiasts and anyone who enjoys warm hearted British humour, this is a book you’ll find yourself returning to again and again.
If you’ve ever loved a cat with a larger than life personality, you’re about to meet one you’ll never forget.
