A High Tolerance For Ambiguity: 30 Years in Mongolia

John was born and raised in the USA, and spent most of his early adult life in Montana and Washington State. There he held various jobs in the heavy equipment industry, in addition to being an avid outdoorsman. He first came to Mongolia with his initial assignment being as the Managing Director of Wagner Asia Equipment. From there John went on to build a tourist camp and do several business startups(Wagner Automotive, Newcom Mining Services, Ayanchin Outfitters, Ayanchin Four Seasons Lodge......), all while facing the endless ambiguity associated with life in a foreign land.
Herein you will find episodes of travel, business development, construction, hunting, fishing, friendship, adventure, adversity and sheer joy. You will experience the evolution of John's views on business, life and what happens when challenged in ways unimaginable in his former life.
