____________

As the Dalai Lama once said: If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito!

Mission: Be a kind mosquito exposes earth’s most pressing issues, from environmental destruction, and a harmful food industry to social injustice, corruption and a growing lack of ethics.

Environmental activist, animal rights advocate and author Sofia Pavon presents a wide-encompassing, practical and rigorously argued roadmap for change through a lens of self-awareness and compassion.

By working to develop the reader’s self-esteem through powerful insight practices, Pavon helps us discover the power that each one of us has to heal our ravaged planet and transform humanity into a kinder one.

Whilst it may seem that corporations and governments hold all the power, these exist to serve us.

We therefore ought to be united in this peaceful revolution. You can choose to be a part of the solution or do nothing and be part of the problem. As best said by Mahatma Gandhi, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

It is time to return to our principles, ethics, and real values; to place them where they belong, at the centre of our decisions. Now more than ever before, our voice can be heard from every corner of the Earth.
